About the Role:

- You will collaborate with senior leaders to inform and shape business decisions that impact employees.
- You will maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and data, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR leadership, with a strong track record of delivering business outcomes.
- Expertise in employee engagement, organizational development, and talent management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of employment law and best practices in HR.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
