Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Education and Behaviour Assistant to join our specialist school in Slough. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting students aged 4-16, helping them to develop essential life skills, build confidence, and achieve their academic potential.
Your primary responsibilities will include working closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. You will also contribute to the development of behaviour management strategies and participate in staff meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.

Salary and Benefits:
