Job Summary

Hunter Dunning is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in London. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work alongside our architectural team on a variety of high-end residential and commercial projects, utilizing your expertise in Revit and technical building design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the architectural team to deliver high-end residential and commercial projects
  • Utilize Revit to an excellent standard daily, creating construction details and coordinating external consultants' information
  • Work across all RIBA stages on various projects, with a focus on technical stages 4 and 5
  • Conceive construction details from first principles and coordinate external consultants' information

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in the architectural or construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of Buildings Regulations and Technical Building Design
  • High proficiency in Revit, with experience in residential and/or commercial sector projects at RIBA stages 4 and 5
  • Commercial and tall building experience is advantageous
  • Experience with SketchUp, Photoshop, and NBS specification writing would be an advantage
