Job Title: Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for working on high-end bespoke projects, utilizing your technical detailing and drawing abilities to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop building information models (BIM) and technical drawings
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and technical reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:

  • HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology or related field
  • Chartered or working towards chartership with CIAT
  • Several years of post-qualification experience in the architectural industry
  • Excellent technical capabilities, including AutoCAD and Vectorworks
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
