Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Job Summary:

Hunter Dunning is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team in Central London. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work on bespoke, high-end conservation and heritage projects throughout London and the UK. You will be responsible for producing detailed hand drawings, working alongside other Architectural Technologists and Architects on projects, and speaking with and dealing with clients, including site visits and surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on bespoke, high-end conservation and heritage projects throughout London and the UK
  • Produce detailed hand drawings
  • Work alongside other Architectural Technologists and Architects on projects
  • Speak with and deal with clients, including site visits and surveys
  • Carry out project research
  • Produce high-quality design and technical drawings, with detailed joinery fittings in a traditional style

Requirements:

  • Experience in bespoke detailing on traditional, high-end or classical projects
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
  • Must have relevant UK project experience
  • Qualified and trained as an Architectural Technician, Technologist, or Architect
  • Contract administration is a bonus
  • Passion for classical and traditional architecture
  • Experience in the preservation and refurbishment of historic buildings
  • Experience using ArchiCAD would be beneficial but not essential, full training will be provided

  • Salary of £32,000 - £48,000 DOE
  • 21 days of holiday, plus bank holidays and discretionary leave over Christmas
