Architectural Technologist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality design solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain technical drawings and models using AutoCAD or Vectorworks
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and feasibility
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
  • HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology or related field
  • Chartered or working towards chartership with CIAT
  • Several years of post-qualification experience in the architectural industry
  • Excellent technical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
