The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in employee relations, with a proven track record of resolving complex cases and fostering positive working relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that drive business success.
  • Provide expert HR advice to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance with UK employment law.
  • Collaborate with the Regional HR Manager to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee performance and engagement.
  • Investigate and resolve complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair and timely outcomes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application in the workplace.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that supports business objectives.

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Estimated Salary Range: £60,000 - £85,000 per annum
