Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team at Artis Recruitment. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of people-related strategies across two Business Units. You will work closely with the Group central HR function to ensure the effective management of people-related plans, delivering sustainable and excellent performance through the development of trained, competent, motivated, and engaged people.

Key Responsibilities:

Reward: Collaborate with the central reward team to ensure fair application of the strategy and manage the local review process to support line managers in applying a fair approach.
Resourcing and Talent Planning: Support the management team in developing and implementing recruitment, learning and development, and succession planning strategies to ensure resilience across the station and strategies for the development and progression of the station team.
Employee Relations: Liaise with representatives from trade unions, central support, and leadership teams to maintain a positive and proactive ER climate, enabling the business to deliver its operational priorities.
HR Operational Delivery: Provide the on-site HR team with the resources to provide an excellent level of service and ensure senior management support as required.

About the Candidate:

We are looking for a strong people manager with experience in managing upwards and maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships. The successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively within a small, matrix-managed organization and be confident in coaching and challenging senior executives to ensure successful outcomes.
