Internal Sales Representative

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and ambitious Internal Account Manager to join our team in Doncaster. As a key player in our sales department, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Selling a diverse range of electrical cables and accessories to various industries, including rail, construction, infrastructure, and more.
- Supporting the field-based BDM in the midlands region, ensuring seamless account management and customer satisfaction.
- Managing existing accounts, fostering relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- Handling inbound queries via telephone and email.
- Liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Must have office experience, preferably in an account manager position, but also suitable for sales administrator, customer service, internal sales, or telesales roles.
- Ideally, you'll have experience working for or selling into the electrical or construction industries.
- You must be confident on the phone and comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience selling a service like insurance, software, or tech would be beneficial.
- You should have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills across all levels.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
