Internal Sales Representative

MaxAd, a premier supplier of operated vacuum excavators, seeks a skilled Internal Sales Executive to drive commercial growth and nurture relationships with clients in the UK construction industry.
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + Bonus
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new B2B sales opportunities, managing existing accounts, and developing key customer relationships. With a strong focus on inbound and outbound sales activity, you will work closely with the Sales Team and report directly to the Sales Manager.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced sales role, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency in using CRM software, specifically Salesforce or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Providing customer quotations in a timely manner
- Working directly with clients to close quotations in a quick, efficient, and compliant manner
- Keeping the CRM system up to date with quotations and relevant information
- Developing key customer accounts
- Providing advice to customers on the product range and services
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities by utilizing the CRM system and other sales tools within the business
- Supporting other departments and having a cross-departmental attitude
