Financial Administrator for Direct Payments

The role of Financial Administrator for Direct Payments involves supporting the delivery of our Direct Payments service. This includes making regular financial payments to service users, monitoring user accounts, and conducting risk analysis to prevent potential financial abuse.
You will work closely with colleagues across the department to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, as well as maintaining accurate records and training staff members.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional services to our residents.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need demonstrable experience in financial administration, electronic payments, and strong communication skills. Previous experience in direct payments and ability to work under pressure are essential.
A strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation is also desirable.
