Job Overview:

This exciting opportunity is part of a new service development initiative, aimed at delivering improved care pathways for individuals with learning disabilities and autistic people across community and inpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead the development and implementation of innovative care models, tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.
  • To collaborate with stakeholders, including clinicians, carers, and service users, to ensure that care plans are person-centered and responsive to individual needs.
  • To contribute to the design and development of state-of-the-art facilities, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of safety, accessibility, and comfort.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading service development initiatives, with a strong track record of improving patient outcomes.
  • Expertise in psychiatric knowledge, particularly in the area of intellectual disability psychiatry.
  • Outstanding leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.

Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
