**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Helpdesk Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and prioritizing engineer's workload, working closely with engineering and maintenance staff to ensure workload is completed and PPMs scheduled and actioned.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate and prioritize engineer's workload
* Work with engineering and maintenance staff to ensure workload is completed and PPMs scheduled and actioned
* Monitor and organize day-to-day performance of the engineering team and ensure schedules and rotas are in place and communicated
* Coordinate spares and parts procurement and scheduling of fitting
* Advise appropriate Services Manager of issues affecting performance
* Develop and maintain key interdepartmental relationships
* Understand and operate customers Maintenance Management System
