Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Quality Control Professional to join our team in Plymouth. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £45,000 per annum, plus monthly and yearly bonus, company pension, and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct on-site and remote audits to assess supplier performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Implement root cause analysis and preventive action to prevent quality issues.

Requirements
• Diploma in Quality Management, Professional Certificate in Quality Management, or Level 4 Certificate in Quality Assurance.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing tools (8d, six sigma, kaizen).
