Quality Control Expert

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Expert to join our team at Acorn by Synerige. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and driving continuous improvement in our manufacturing process.

As a key member of the production team, you will conduct daily and weekly audits of production to ensure all standards are met, as well as identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action. You will also lead our quality training program, manage purchase requisitions, and ensure internal complaints are resolved.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also have a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct daily and weekly audits of production to ensure all standards are met
2. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action
3. Lead quality training program and ensure compliance with quality standards
4. Manage purchase requisitions and negotiate with suppliers
5. Ensure internal complaints are resolved promptly and efficiently

Compensation Package:
Competitive salary: up to £30,278 per annum plus 25% shift allowance
