About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Access Control Specialist to join our team at Professional Security. As a vital member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our premises.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and control access to the premises
  2. Conduct regular patrols to identify potential security risks
  3. Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner
  4. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required
  5. Enforce company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have a valid Door Supervisor license
  • 2 years previous experience working in licensed premises
  • Familiarity with first aid procedures is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities

Benefits and Compensation

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of £9.51-£15.00 per hour, paid on a zero-hours contract basis. With a guaranteed minimum of 12 hours per week, this role offers flexibility and stability.
