Job Description:

We're looking for a highly skilled Estimating and Project Control Specialist to join our team As a key member of our estimating and project control team, you'll be responsible for preparing detailed estimates, controlling project costs, and ensuring timely delivery. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed estimates for construction, fit out, and commercial projects.
  • Control project costs, resources, and risks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.

Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., quantity surveying, construction management, or engineering).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in estimating, project control, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality estimates, controlling project costs, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (OTE: £77,000) + Car Allowance + Progression to Commercial Director.
