The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards. This will involve conducting regular quality checks, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to maintain excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks on samples from core manufacturing processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maintain excellence.
- Communicate with operators to ensure compliance with standards.
- Represent quality principles in a professional manner, promoting the company's commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
- An HNC-level qualification in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a quality role, manufacturing specialty, or inspection (preferred).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and APQP fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a methodical, problem-solving mindset.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills, especially in a shopfloor environment.
- Alignment with the company's values, including integrity, innovation, and a focus on quality.
