Job Title: Manufacturing Quality Control Manager

Estimated Annual Salary: $100,000 - $130,000

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for developing process capability evaluation, root cause analysis, and facilitating and leading internal process auditing, customer audits and PPS (Plant, Process & Systems) audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and steering production and/or peer employees in order to measure processes, improve processes, assess risk and improve manufacturing quality
  • Interface between Production, Process and Tire Development
  • Developing control plans and flow diagrams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or closely related technical field
  • 2 + years of relevant experience
  • Experience with quality tools (DFMEA, PFMEA, SPC, Control Plans, Auditing)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
