Job Title: Behaviour Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at GSL Education. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with challenging behaviour in a variety of schools in Winchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers and pupils in maintaining a positive and safe learning environment
  • Help students engage in their learning and develop their skills
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour plans
  • Provide individualised support to students with challenging behaviour

Requirements:

  • Resilience and a positive attitude to working with students with challenging behaviour
  • Experience working in SEMH or PRU settings, or a related field
  • Ability to work 5 days per week
