Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at GSL Education. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with challenging behaviour in a variety of schools in Winchester.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teachers and pupils in maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and motivation
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective student support and progress
Requirements
  • Resilience and a positive attitude to working with students with challenging behaviour
  • Experience in SEMH or PRU settings, or a related field
  • Ability to work 5 days per week
