Trauma Informed Care Leader

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum

About the Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Trauma Informed Care Leader to join our team at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of trauma-informed care practices across the trust.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of trauma-informed care practices across the trust.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop and deliver training programs on trauma-informed care.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of trauma-informed care practices and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Doctoral level training in clinical psychology or counselling psychology.
  • Experience of leading multidisciplinary teams and developing training programs.
