Matchtech is looking for a seasoned Global Commercial Development Lead to drive commercial growth and success across our MMO (Maintenance, Modification, and Operations) business unit.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive commercial growth and success within the region.
  • Contract Negotiation: Oversee contractual negotiations, including rate increases, variations, notices, and disputes, ensuring optimal outcomes for the company.
  • Financial Optimisation: Manage receivables, valuation processes, and invoicing to maximise working capital, and provide commercial support to operational management.
  • Budget Forecasting: Prepare budgetary plans and forecasts for regional support costs, and compile monthly reports demonstrating accurate cost and revenue recognition.
  • Business Expansion: Support business development activities, including rate calculation, margin models review, and commercial term assessments.
  • Operational Guidance: Provide commercial support to operational management, adhering to internal processes and controls, and developing margin improvement plans and initiatives with the local operational team.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leadership in commercial operations, preferably in an MMO or similar environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or economics.

Compensation: £65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
