**The Opportunity:**

We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Strategy Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and drive commercial growth within our business.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in client management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving. They will also have thorough knowledge of forms of contract, including NEC, and experience working for a main contractor within the energy sector.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £70,000 + car allowance / company car + annual bonus.

Responsibilities:
  1. To ensure that at all times the commercial interests of the delivery team are protected
  2. Managing the commercial relationship with Clients
  3. Leading, mentoring, and managing staff within the team
  4. Support the work winning team to review/identify risks/accountabilities within tender packs and associated contractual terms and conditions
  5. Prepare, develop and implement commercial strategies for pre and post tender
