We are seeking an experienced Commercial Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join our team at Hexa Services. As a key member of our facilities management department, you will play a critical role in delivering operational and strategic objectives for our clients in the Healthcare sector.

About You:

  • You have good working knowledge of PFI/LIFT contracts and funding arrangements, with experience in projects from £50k-£1m using JCT contracts.
  • You hold a minimum 2 years' experience post-graduation as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator, preferably with PPP/PFI experience.
  • You have completed IOSH or NEBOSH training and possess excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all commercial aspects of PFI projects, ensuring contractual compliance, maximising revenue, and managing costs effectively.
  2. Manage company, client, and customer expectations regarding contracted activities, providing commercial interpretation and advice to senior stakeholders.
  3. Procure lifecycle replacement work and variations within the current portfolio of 35 health centres across the Northwest and London, driving commercial success and supporting clients in delivering patient care.
  4. Support and handover new projects to the operational team for delivery, with ongoing contract and financial management during project life.
  5. Provide commercial advice and guidance on contractual requirements, life cycle work, and pre-tender estimate advice.
