About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our People Services Team as a People Services Advisor (Operations). In this role, you will work closely with our HR team to provide an exceptional HR service to our 3000+ colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver efficient transactional and advisory support services to our colleagues, responding to a wide range of HR queries.
  • Support managers and colleagues with advisory reports relating to employee relations, including absence, capability, and disciplinary matters.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of our HRIS system, ensuring accurate updates across all stages of the employee life cycle.
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering an exceptional colleague experience through contributing to an effective HR service. You will have experience working in a HR team, responding to a variety of queries across the full employee life cycle.

You will have experience of dealing with some HR case management relating to employee relations cases, and possess excellent communication skills and a real team player attitude.

You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with huge variety and lots of scope for development. You will have the ability to identify opportunities for improving HR operational processes and workflows, and explore technical solutions to enhance the employee experience.

Requirements
  • HR background or experience working in an HR environment.
  • Employee Relations Experience and a sound understanding of working within an HR team.
