Senior Business Development Manager

You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and researching potential clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to drive business growth and success
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Generating and managing sales reports, forecasts, and other key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Developing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients and stakeholders
- Participating in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for growth
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed and drive business growth
- Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques, including cold calling, prospecting, and relationship-building
- Ability to work collaboratively, build strong relationships, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other sales-related tools and technologies
