As Associate Director of Safeguarding and Protection, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing strategies to ensure the highest standards of safeguarding across our acute, community, and specialist services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and best practices.
- Lead the safeguarding team to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of patients, staff, and the wider community.
- Provide assurance to the Board on safeguarding matters, including risk management and quality improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the healthcare system to drive system-wide excellence in safeguarding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including social care, police, and other agencies.
