About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Product Marketing to join our Product function at Barbour EHS.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clarity around the competitive marketplace, setting the direction for our product and commercial efforts, and designing and defining our growing range of product and platform solutions for the future.

You will work closely with our clients, Product colleagues, and Commercial team to ensure we are understanding customer demands and needs, as well as closely tracking and reporting on competitor moves, to ensure our Product efforts are maximised.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track competitor product propositions and stay up-to-date with market trends.
  • Develop and implement effective product marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and platforms.
  • Manage and maintain the Product roadmap, working closely with Editorial and Engineering colleagues.
  • Support Commercial teams with clear proposition information and pricing strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial product management and product marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in SaaS product expertise and recurring revenue models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
