We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head Baker to join our team at GAIL's Bakery. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for leading by example and ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Proving and baking items for our beautifully presented displays
- Developing and implementing new recipes and products
- Leading and training a team of bakers to achieve our high standards
- Maintaining food safety standards and adhering to health and safety regulations
