About the Role
Job Summary

Spearhead the identification and cultivation of senior leadership talent to drive business growth at Ntrinsic Consulting.



Key Responsibilities
Strategic Hiring

Design and execute targeted talent strategies to meet current and future leadership hiring needs.



Talent Research and Identification

Conduct confidential research and talent identification assignments to uncover best-in-class leadership talent.



Market Intelligence and Reporting

Produce value-added market and competitor intelligence reports to inform targeted talent acquisition strategies.



Candidate Engagement and Experience

Develop and maintain close relationships with senior candidates and internal stakeholders to deliver world-class candidate experience.



Requirements
Basic Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership recruiting experience
  • Prior experience in external executive search or agency recruitment preferred
  • Strong relationship building skills with senior candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in a complex global business
  • Ability to establish trust and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and recruitment managers
  • Previous experience working with globally distributed teams preferred
  • Strong understanding of the European professional services, technology, or digital markets

Working Arrangements

Hybrid working with 2/3 days in office, London or Manchester location.
