Job Title: People Operations Lead

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated People Operations Lead to join our team at Quantexa Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing talent acquisition, managing people operations, fostering employee relations, driving learning and development, and leading and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the Head of Talent Acquisition to attract and hire the best talent, enhancing our employer brand and recruitment processes.
  • People Operations: Lead the Head of People Operations to build and maintain efficient people processes, ensure compliance, and optimize people systems and our partnering framework, as well as supporting our Reward function.
  • Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive workplace environment by addressing employee relations issues, promoting open communication, and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Learning & Development: Manage the Head of L&D to create impactful training programs and leadership development initiatives that foster continuous learning and growth and prepare Quantexa for our next stage of growth.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and empower your People team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in human resources, with experience in talent acquisition, people operations, and team leadership.
  • Proven ability to drive business results through strategic talent management and people operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making, with a focus on measuring and improving business outcomes.
