Job Title: Healthcare Support Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading healthcare organisation based in the Worcester area. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the full office function, including appointment scheduling, call handling, and data processing. If you have a keen eye for detail and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong IT knowledge are essential. You should be organised, professional, and able to work as part of a team. Experience within the Healthcare sector is desirable.

The hourly rate for this position is £12-£15 per hour, with the possibility of being extended. The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with free on-site parking available. Some of the duties include managing a shared team inbox, responding to inbound enquiries via phone and email, arranging appointments and managing calendars, creating and issuing correspondence, scanning in and filing post, maintaining accurate records on the database, and supporting teams within the Head Office with adhoc administrative tasks.
