**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and caring Healthcare Support Worker to join our friendly team at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients in the Worcester City area, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate and contemporaneous records in accordance with Trust policies/procedures
  • Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to Trust policies and health and safety guidelines
  • Providing a high standard of outcome-orientated care and support following a care/recovery plan under the supervision and guidance of qualified healthcare professionals

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 27 days annual leave, flexible working options, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

Person Specification:

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will also need to have a Level 3 qualification in Care or equivalent, and be willing to undertake further relevant training programmes.
