Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Coordinator to join our team at Yolk Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering project controls on all projects, applying consistent processes and governance to the wider project team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project controls, scheduling techniques, and financial forecasting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver project controls using consistent processes, methods, and governance.
  • Apply best-practice scheduling techniques to optimise schedules and resolve conflicts.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, manage day-to-day accounting activities, and prepare financial forecasts.
  • Collate financial and management reports, dashboards, and tracking and analysis of performance information.
  • Support audits of the projects.
  • Assist with compliance with contractual requirements such as project milestones and applications for payment.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Raise purchase orders for project expenditure and track through financial reporting process.
  • Develop strong working relationships with project managers, internal stakeholders, and delivery partners.
  • Contribute to the development of project-related processes, methods, tools, templates, and systems.

The estimated salary for this role is up to £40,000 per annum.
