Job Summary:
    We are seeking an experienced Animal Welfare Programme Coordinator to join our team at Hope Rescue, a leading dog welfare charity in South Wales. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our volunteer programmes, ensuring every dog receives the best chance at a happy life.
    The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing volunteer programmes and a passion for animal welfare. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £33,000 per annum, 28 days of annual leave, and a range of benefits.
    About the Role:
    The Animal Welfare Programme Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our volunteer programmes, including recruitment, training, and supervision. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective strategies for engaging volunteers, promoting animal welfare, and achieving our organisational goals.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new volunteers
    • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of volunteers
    • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver effective volunteer engagement strategies
    • Monitor and evaluate volunteer programme performance, identifying areas for improvement
