Senedd Affairs Specialist - Animal Welfare

Salary: £31,000.00 per annum, plus 8% pension contribution and home working allowance.

This exciting opportunity exists within our team to contribute to shaping political debate towards ending animal cruelty in the name of 'sport'. As a Senedd Affairs Specialist, you will monitor and coordinate relevant Senedd activity, providing strategic advice on political lobbying and representing our policies to the Welsh Government and related bodies.

You will have excellent knowledge of Senedd processes and the Welsh legislative environment, as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role:
  • Monitor and coordinate Senedd activity, ensuring our policies are represented effectively
  • Provide strategic advice on political lobbying and campaign development
  • Represent our policies to the Welsh Government and related bodies
