Job Title: Digital Trading Manager - Senior E-commerce Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Trading Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital trading team, you will be responsible for driving digital sales, managing day-to-day trading, and executing strategic plans to improve conversion rates and sales KPIs.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Commercial Strategic Planning: Develop and execute commercial strategic plans to drive digital sales, improve conversion rates, and increase sales KPIs.
  • Day-to-Day Trading: Manage day-to-day trading activities, including website management, reporting, and analysis of key business drivers.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of digital trading specialists, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reporting processes to track key performance indicators, provide insights, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, commercial, and optimisation teams, to drive initiatives and actions to improve digital sales and customer KPIs.


Requirements:


  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar digital role in a retail or consumer brand.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, advanced Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel user.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience in team management and development.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and business needs.
