About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Trading Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for driving digital sales and developing a strong digital trading strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a digital trading strategy to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Manage and lead a team of trading specialists to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform trading decisions and improve sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital trading and e-commerce
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital trading and e-commerce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
