Job Title: Digital Trading Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Trading Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for driving digital sales through commercial strategic planning, initiative building, and operationalisation of our digital fascias.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute campaign, brand, and promotional strategies to drive digital sales and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage the day-to-day trading and execution of multiple websites, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of sales and customer data.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across digital and broader business teams to plan fascia digital trading calendars and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the delivery and reporting of all on-site promotions and content activity, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Define and manage forward-looking trading strategies, considering design and functionality improvements, and contributing to product development and UX roadmaps.
  • Work with digital marketing, optimisation, and brand marketing teams to ensure product and trading strategies are supported by digital marketing strategies and drive successful KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Valid working rights for the UK.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with advanced Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel user experience.
  • Experience working within e-commerce platforms and driving both day-to-day improvements and larger strategic projects that contribute to sales growth.
  • Experience in team management and development, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and proactive, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar digital role in a retail or consumer brand.
