We are seeking an experienced Shared Ownership Sales Consultant to join our team at Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, offering advice and support to progress sales smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Advisement: Provide expert guidance to customers on shared ownership sales, ensuring a seamless and informed experience.
- Sales Suite Presentation: Maintain a well-presented and welcoming sales suite, showcasing available units to potential buyers.
- Database Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales database management, maintaining customer and sales information.
- Customer Engagement: Meet and greet customers on-site, providing a warm and professional welcome, and building strong relationships.
- Customer Qualification: Collect customer details and assess their requirements to provide tailored solutions, meeting their needs and expectations.
- Sales Enquiries: Handle incoming sales enquiries promptly and effectively, providing clear and concise information.
- Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings, showcasing available units to potential buyers, and highlighting the benefits of shared ownership.
- Stock Unit Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of stock units, ensuring they are in excellent condition, and ready for viewing.
- Expertise in Shared Ownership: Strong knowledge and experience in managing shared ownership sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Exceptional Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- High-End Property Sales Experience: A solid track record in selling premium properties, within the new homes sector, with a focus on shared ownership.
- Target-Driven: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets, with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Tech-Savvy: Confident in using computer systems, including Microsoft Excel, Teams, and in-house CRM platforms.
- Customer-Centric: A keen focus on customer satisfaction, with great attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Organisational Skills: Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
