  • We are seeking an enthusiastic and patient individual to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant (Dyslexia Support). The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the inclusive learning environment by accommodating the needs of children with EHCPs.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children, preferably with those who have Dyslexia or other learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with additional needs
  • Collaborate with faculty members, SENDCo, and SEN professionals to develop effective strategies for pupil progression
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of all students
