Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support due to dyslexia.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide 1:1 support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals. If you have a passion for working with children and adolescents, this role may be an ideal fit for you.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles. A background in special educational needs (SEN) is highly desirable, but not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm for making a positive impact on the lives of our students.

This is a full-time position based in Camden, offering a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional education and care.
