Learning Support Specialist for Dyslexia

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with a relevant degree and experience supporting children with Dyslexia/SEND to make a real difference in the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing individualized support to students with Dyslexia, tailored to their unique needs and abilities
- Assisting with reading and writing tasks, helping students to develop their literacy skills and build confidence
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve literacy skills, working closely with teachers and other support staff
- A relevant degree in Special Education or a related field
- Experience supporting children with Dyslexia/SEND, preferably in a school setting
- Enthusiasm, patience, and a willingness to go the extra mile when working with students
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
