Dyslexia Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves. In this role, you will provide individualized support to a child with dyslexia, helping them to build confidence and achieve their full potential.
About the Child:
The child requires dedicated support to overcome their learning challenges and achieve academic success. They benefit from a structured and individualized approach, with a focus on developing their reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective lesson plans tailored to the child's needs and learning style
* Provide one-to-one support to the child, adapting teaching materials and strategies as needed
* Regularly assess progress and communicate with the child's teachers and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting their learning needs
