Trainee Account Manager Opportunity

Pareto Law is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

About the Role

As a Trainee Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of our products and services
  • Supporting senior account managers with sales efforts
  • Independently managing and selling to lower spend accounts
  • Building relationships with new clients through prospecting, LinkedIn, and strategic emails
  • Developing a deep understanding of our customers' needs and selling back to them articulately with the correct solution
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed
  • Ambition and determination
What We Offer

Pareto Law offers a competitive basic salary of £27-30k, with a potential OTE of £40k in the first year. You will also receive comprehensive support and training, excellent scope for progression, and a range of benefits including pension and incentive schemes.
