Business Development Trainee

Pareto Law is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.
About the RoleAs a Trainee Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of our client's needs and preferences
- Supporting senior account managers with up and cross-selling into larger accounts
- Independently managing and selling to lower spend accounts
- Building relationships with new clients through prospecting, LinkedIn, and strategic emails
- Developing an understanding of our clients' businesses and identifying opportunities for growth
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree-level education
- A driving license
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed
- Ambition and determination
