Job DescriptionPareto is a leading provider of innovative communication solutions, connecting businesses and driving growth through cutting-edge technology. As a Trainee Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving business expansion and developing strong relationships with clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Pareto's offerings and the market landscape
- Support senior account managers in upselling and cross-selling to larger clients
- Independently manage and sell to lower-spend accounts
- Build relationships, rapport, and new business streams with clients through prospecting, strategic emails, and face-to-face interactions
- Gain a deep understanding of clients' needs and sell tailored solutions
- Take ownership of client relationships and drive business growth
**Requirements:**
- Education to degree level
- Valid driving license
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Self-motivated and ambitious
