Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Transport Support Coordinator to join our team at our Ballymena location. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with order picking, and supporting the Transport Manager with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking orders to meet customer requirements and ensuring timely delivery
  • Assisting and serving calling customers with a positive and friendly attitude
  • Supporting the Transport Manager with offloading and onloading of products onto vehicles using Forklift, Side Loader, and Combi-Lift
  • Off-loading goods-in vehicles and ensuring accurate inventory management
  • Using the Delivery Management System to track and manage deliveries
  • Maintaining a clean and organized yard and production area
  • Adhering to Health and Safety procedures and protocols
