About the Role

The Energy Systems Catapult is seeking an Operations Support Officer to join our team. As an Operations Support Officer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the ongoing operations for Living Lab trials and other assets across the business.

You will be responsible for supporting the development and deployment of technical support to consumers, participants, and local authorities using our various platforms. This includes system administration tasks, maintaining data quality, and tracking trial progress.

You will also be responsible for interfacing with stakeholders, maintaining databases, and reviewing reports to monitor data quality. Additionally, you will support the development of the Living Lab platform and manage day-to-day work priorities.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely. You will also need to be a keen problem solver, collaborative, and flexible, with a focus on continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about decarbonisation and the energy sector, with experience in customer service or a similar role. If you are a team player with excellent organisational skills and a willingness to develop new skills, we would love to hear from you.
